June saw another Topman store launch, this time in fashionable Bath. An in-store launch party was arranged to give the opening more buzz and drive footfall. To amplify the excitement and to get the attention from the Bath fashionistos we introduced our Style Spotting challenge. Using a bespoke Facebook app the Topman street team could collect photos and data whilst offering a fun and engaging competition for the nationwide fans. The person voted most stylish won £250 to spend in the new store.

The focus of working together with Topman is always to nurture the ongoing social CRM and the online relationships. In addition to running the competition and feeding live content from the Bath opening we engaged with a number of local men’s fashion bloggers to give them unique content to share with their readers. This generated great conversations online and also coverage on the back off the opening.
