It's not all play, as we believe that life is about learning. We have a dedicated fund for everyone to purchase books and software that will develop their skills or inspire them. We pay for staff to attend loads of events throughout the year, building their knowledge, network and skills. And importantly... you'll never work on your birthday again! :-D
