Very useful and informative. We've been using MeasuredUp for about a year now and absolutely love it. The staff, features, tools and policies have really been thought out and done to the best of their ability, in my opinion. I like the fact that they allow companies/businesses to respond to complaints or compliments and that issues can be grouped together. Another really nifty feature is that they allow video uploads (haven't seen that too much on other business review sites we've used). Anyhow, thanks for posting this.
