I recently ordered a McDs cheeseburger happy meal and it was exactly like the photo and very tasty. The sausage was undercooked, and almost slimy, and had little hard bits in almost every bite. It certainly didn't resemble anything I've ever grilled! Plus the ketchup seemed more like salsa. Awful!
